What we collect when you shop with us, why we collect it, and what we will never do with it.

To deliver an order we need your name, delivery address, phone number and, where you give one, an email address. If you message us we keep that conversation so the next person you speak to has the context.
The enquiry list on this site is stored in your own browser. It never reaches our servers until you choose to send it to us.
We do not sell your details, rent them, or pass them to advertisers. The only third parties who see your address are the courier delivering your parcel and, where relevant, the payment provider.
You only receive marketing email if you subscribed to it. Every message carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. It uses your browser's local storage to remember the enquiry list between visits. You can clear it at any time from the enquiry list page or through your browser settings.
Order records are kept for as long as we are required to for tax and warranty purposes, then deleted. Marketing subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@uptownpk.com and we will respond within thirty days.
