The ground rules for buying from Uptownpk, written to be read rather than skipped.

By browsing or ordering from Uptownpk you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not place an order.
We photograph and describe every product as accurately as we can. Colours can vary slightly between screens, and manufacturers occasionally change packaging without notice. If what arrives is materially different from what was listed, tell us and we will put it right.
An order is confirmed once we have contacted you and agreed the delivery details. We may decline an order where the item is out of stock, the delivery address is outside our range, or we cannot reach you to confirm.
Prices are quoted at the time of enquiry and hold for seven days. Cash on delivery is available on every order; you pay the courier when the parcel is handed to you and only after you have checked it.
Delivery is free nationwide and usually takes two to four working days. Those timings are estimates, not guarantees: couriers occasionally run late for reasons outside our control, and we will keep you informed if that happens.
Electronics carry a six-month warranty against manufacturing faults. Damage from misuse, liquid or unauthorised repair is not covered.
Our responsibility is limited to the value of the product you bought. Use every product as its manufacturer intends, and keep small parts away from young children.
We may update these terms as the store changes. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and the terms that apply to your order are the ones published when you placed it.
